   • When it is necessary to disclose personal information to our affiliates and subcontractors within the scope necessary to respond to inquiries for the above purposes of use.
   • When required by law.
2. The personal information you provide will be used only to the extent necessary to respond to your inquiry. Please note that we may send information on events such as exhibitions and seminars to the e-mail address you have provided.
3. Depending on the content of your inquiry, we may reply to you by telephone.
4. Please be aware that we may not be able to respond to sales proposals, such as sales activities or the provision of various services from customers.
5. Our responses to inquiries from customers are sent to the individual customer. Please refrain from reprinting or making secondary use of all or part of the e-mails or phone calls that we respond to.
6. Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries from persons in the same industry.
7. Inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, in addition to other company holidays will be handled sequentially on the next business day or later.
